Development Preview — Use at Your Own Risk
BlackWall is currently offered as a development preview. The service is experimental,
incomplete, and subject to change or discontinuation at any time and without notice.
By continuing, you acknowledge and accept all of the following conditions.
No Warranty or Guarantee
BlackWall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either
express or implied. We make no representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or
availability of the service. There is no service level agreement (SLA), no uptime commitment,
and no guarantee that the service will function without interruption or error.
No Liability for Loss or Damage
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andy Dixon and the BlackWall project
shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service. This includes but is not limited to:
loss of data, loss of access, loss of business, financial loss, or any other loss or damage
of any nature, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Data Loss and Resets
During the development phase, all data — including organisations, users, credentials,
projects, and audit logs — may be wiped, reset, or lost at any time and without prior notice.
You should not store critical, sensitive, or irreplaceable data on this service.
Do not rely on BlackWall as your sole authentication system during this phase.
Enrollment URLs
Upon creating an organisation you will receive a single-use admin enrollment URL.
You are solely responsible for the security of this URL. We accept no liability for
unauthorised access resulting from disclosure of enrollment or authentication URLs.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently shut down the service —
or any part of it — at any time. We are under no obligation to provide advance notice
of such changes.
Acceptance
By submitting this form you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
terms. If you do not agree, do not create an organisation.
